It will basically be a freelance job where you will live in a low-cost location in a particular city and earn good money working online. Your job could be anything from writing and editing articles to doing research on the stock market to website designing.
As a freelancer, you are not bound to go to an office. You can travel to your favorite holiday destinations and work from there.
For example, in my case, I went to Kerala and worked there as a freelance writer while traveling through the backwaters of the state.
The nature of the job will depend upon your employer. Whatever they tell you to do, you have to complete the task accordingly. It really doesn’t matter where you live.
You get to choose a job around your interests which is very flexible and gives you an opportunity to travel and grow your career.

2. Working as an Employee in an Oversees Location
While working for a company you will be asked to visit an oversee location for work-related purposes.
As an employer, you gain access to local discounts and workers’ benefits in a fun city. After completing your work you can take part in fun activities like scuba diving, skiing, gliding, rafting, etc.
You also get a chance to explore the city while you are visiting. You are more likely to work in a social environment (like a beach, or bar) rather than in an office cubicle.
