#1) Express check-in/check-out:
Covering a long route and reaching the hotel is in itself a tiring thing and then stopping at reception for check-in formalities is unbearable. Before booking a hotel a must-check thing is that hotel reception has a procedure for the express/ quick check-in/check-outs. Instead of taking their own sweet time for paperwork, they must understand the value of the Time of their guest as well.
#2) 24X 7 Wifi:
These days round table conferences have taken a backseat and zoom meetings are a new face of the corporate world. Especially after Covid, meetings on a video call. is the latest trend. Thus, wi-fi becomes the key requirement. Always check if a hotel has a facility of room-level routers to get trouble-free wi-fi signals.
#3) Meals for single occupancy rooms:
A single person travelling for business purpose have to struggle with the food options at the hotel. As the hotel has a standard or a fixed portion of food to offer that leads to food wastage. Hotels should be a little innovative to redefine a fixed menu for a single person with small portions.
#4) Dedicated floor for business travellers:
Generally, a hotel catering to both business and leisure travellers allot the rooms to the guest as per the room available ignoring the needs of business travellers. This becomes disturbing at times because of the leisure guests staying on the same floor.

#5) Business Facilities and Chauffeur services:
Meeting rooms, a business centre with packed equipment and well-trained staff to host a corporate client in no time makes a business traveller your repeat customer. Business travellers have a packed schedule so they don’t have the time to research the places and transportation options, here a knowledgeable chauffeur service comes in demand who is well aware of the location. A safe ride with a peaceful stay is what a corporate client looks for before booking a hotel.
#6) 24 hours dining option:
Imagine you landed late at night at the airport and then you have to rush to an office meeting in the morning. You only feel like a safe ride in the hotel car, reaching the hotel and straight to your room for dinner and comfortable sleep. Now, what if the hotel says they have fixed timing for dining? The stay will turn into a bitter experience. This is the major issue of a business traveller that a hotel should keep in mind.
#7) Value the repeat client:
A corporate client has a fixed schedule of travelling once in 2 or 3 months and he likes to stay at the same hotel if he has experienced warm hospitality earlier. Make sure during their second visit you don’t have to ask for the same details at the check-in, or the room should be ready as per his choice. These small things don’t go unnoticed and your client will feel special.
Taking care of these 7 points a hotel can surely make its corporate client feel happy. Convenience, efficiency and warm hospitality are what a traveller looks for, which makes a client spread word of mouth that helps to pour in new corporate clients to the hotel.
